I congratulate them on their customer service and the product is good.

Works perfect & thanks to the quad core processor is able to stream in kodi or youtube with no noticeable lag (except after a while on youtube some lag does occur but this seems to happen with all my andriod devices & youtube)the box has 4 usb ports unlike the usual 2 that you get with these devices which is handy but i have noticed it means they must be outputting slightly less power as i was unable to get my wired mouse working with it when connected via a 1 mtr extension but when plugged straight in works no problem. The main interface (launcher) is ok but not the prettiest however a quick trip to the play store cures this & i replaced my launcher with another (atom i think) just because i think it looks better with all its animations & so on & this box handles them no problem at all – it all runs with a nice fluid motion & better still unlike my last box even with a different launcher the remote & wireless key board work on them no problem. Kodi its self has already had some good addons put with it but of course i went though & removed & added ones i want myself. The wireless keyboard its self is ok (would give that 3 stars but didnt want to detract from the box itself) – it strikes me as a cheaper knock off of a better model & if you look you can see where the manufactures choose to use 2 stranded batteries instead of a lithium-ion battery but never mind. Would defiantly recommend this box over others.
