Purchased this as we do not get dab reception in our kitchen area, and also wanted a little something with a lot more flexibility than a simple radio: couldn’t be happier with it. Fairly great small equipment – superb as a bedside radio. The alarm buzzer is a bit severe if set to 7 or above volume, its volume doesn’t gradually increase, when it’s time to get up it almost vibrates you out of bed. The tone is good, the volume achievable from such a small speaker system is incredible. No dimmer on the display so at night i have to put something in front of it – no big deal. I haven’t found “listen again” on the internet radio which would be nice, also it doesn’t play from my old ipod when i connect it to the usb at the rear – but it will charge it.
