These speakers will fill a huge space with significant high quality audio. We appreciate them, and i’m a fussy so-and-so when it comes to hi-fi. Place these together with the flexon ground stands and spotify – and you’ve got received a successful combination. (established spotify to best quality).

Fantastic, already had a one&three, but this is the upcoming stage. Also transformed my tv actively playing via so.

Acquired this for my husband’s birthday (for tge up coming several years). We dwell in a cottage and i was a little bit worried it would be about the prime but this is about top quality audio, not quantity.

I just acquired this set up and have acquired tears. The songs hits you on an emotional degree, it’s so wealthy. It’s obviously a good deal of income and i was anxious but the joy this will bring is so worthy of it. I do not imagine i’ve at any time read songs this deeply when not dwell.

I cannot imagine audio streaming seems so goodhighly advised.

Delighted, did anything i expected and sound high-quality remarkable. I investigated just before acquiring, happy i went for this and not bluetooth.

Like this speaker,not my 1st sonos. Sound is amazing, bass is minimal. Cant halt playing it, just need to purchase an additional for stereo.

What can i say that others haven’t presently mentioned – absolutely nothing so i will just implement what some others have reported. Compact, perfectly created, large speaker which seems aesthetically pleasing. The overall performance is outstanding with bass that shakes the room. Are unable to perhaps enjoy on whole quantity they’re so potent. Initial set up was a doddle and took minutes. The installation to the pc was tough making use of line in. The issue was not sonos but my avast protection software. It refused to allow the sonos program to set up. As soon as disabled then no trouble. A swift tweak in avast options and sorted.

These are the sonos five gen2 speakers. Almost certainly the greatest, wealthy sound i have ever read from a speaker. You you should not have to have to go the 5s however as even the 1s have a great seem. I like very good songs even though i get the job done so i set up 2x1s behind me and a pair of 5s left and suitable. :dinstallation can be a bit of a pig dependent on your router. But the customer support staff are incredibly good and will get you via any problems. Once you have mounted the speakers thoroughly, you can go the speakers about your home if you like (wonderful for a gathering/get together). Ties up with my audio collection on ‘mycloud’ nas with no a hitch and with my amazon songs account.

Awesomei considered it would be fantastic but it has exceeded my anticipations. Quick to established up and the sonos apps are great – sonos version of youtube is a fantastic addition. The sound good quality is crystal very clear and the unit itself seems clean up and modern.

2nd participate in 5 i have purchased. Fantastic seem, easy to set up (5 minutes out of the box) sonos application will get much better just about every time.

The app could be smoother although.

By now have a participate in one and three and this newest one does not disappoint, so easy to set up and the audio high quality is 2nd to non. Would advocate this to anyone on the lookout to get a excellent sound system.

Type of happy i have them but the improvement in excess of the play: 1 speakers is not as stellar as i expected. Magnificent sounds from the sonos play five – particularly as soon as you have set up trueplay. Appears fantastic across all diverse genres of music, from rock to digital, ambient to dance.

      1. It’s a beast of a speaker producing rich sounds at practically every frequency we’ve thrown at it. Obviously nice and loud so can fill a pretty big room. The alexa app connectivity appears to work well, although we can’t default alexa to play on the sonos. You have to say “alexa, play james blunt in the east wing parlour”. At least that’s what you would say if you had a large house and really bad taste in music. I’m always nervous spending large sums, but this is definitely a worthy purchase. Decent speakers have always been generally pricey, and this is a very decent speaker indeed.

    I have been stuck between choosing the sonos play 5 and the apple homepod for a while. Without a doubt the sonos play 5 wins hands down in every game. The homepod is terribly quiet even when on max volume (sonos one even beats the homepod). I looked for something with good punch, bass and clarity.     I replaced a relatively high end set up. Well, pmc ob1 speakers tri amped into arcam fmj kit. And am i happy – well, very much so, yes i can have superb sound (after a good run in) at the push of a button without huge tower speakers dominating a sw london home. I am happy, as is the wife (understatement). They will never match the set up i had but are surprisingly good and use little space. They are clear, full, easy to set up and far better than the old play 5 which i have one of and dislike no regrets here.

After receiving it, setting it up and pressing play, i was just left underwhelmed by the sound. That’s not to say it sounds bad, it doesn’t, it sounds good, but equally, it doesn’t sound incredible. And considering the size and price, it needed to. The integration is very smart, and the sonos app is lovely, i loved the multiple sources it’d speak to and play from but really, the thing it needed ot nail was sound. I just found too much bass ruined it for me – even when tweaking the settings. So i had to return it, and my quest goes one – i think though i might be expecting too much from something too small as my experience with a piece of bang and olufsen kit was quite similar.
