Truly good piece of kit i like the reality you can plug into a computer make various folders, place all your applications or videos within them then join the box to your tv,, go to the folder you want push participate in on very first plan or any other then it will play that system then just about every method soon after and when it receives to the last application in that folder it will go back again to the initially and preserve playing which not a lot of players do. I have a disabled son who watch’s a great deal of applications and films so i use pc to transfer programs and movies from the television to the box which now has hundreds of programs / films.

Very simple to set up, functions straight out of the box, i linked my 1tb external push, played avi, mp4, mpeg,and blu-ray and divx data files no problems, also performs all audio data files with no hassles, can now check out all my movies on my television, no lengthier will need the tablet, also tried using my 2tb external travel with no challenges but will not connect to my 3tb travel, so to be on the protected side i will be putting in a 2tb sata generate, usb sticks all work on the aspect ports, just don’t forget you will need to have to invest in an hdmi cable to hook up to your tv set.

    It does work as advertised but i wish it were more intelligent. I’d prefer that it decided the best video setting for frame rate etc rather than me. That said, despite it’s limitations, it works well if you know what you’re doing. It also plays well with usb sticks and my 512gb external ssd drive formatted in ntfs. I’d also prefer an lcd that displayed info, but i accept that for the price it does the job. It plays my mkv files with alternative srt and audio file options.

    1. Great little media player, bought without hd. Easy to install and no messing, manual is a little lacking and internet information is a bit on the low side, but a solid buy. Only a few minor issues which i think is the norm with all media players. These are the little issues that would make it an extra wow. Can’t sort the files on drive, it defaults to alphabetical, which is ok but if you have a lot you want to sort by the date. Fast forward and rewind is a little choppy and awkward, though its probably be the media containers fault rather than the actual media player. Hd needs a little start up time, sometimes i have go back in to standby mode because it doesn’t recognise the hd in the menu. But i have a 2tb drive in place, which might mean that larger drives just need that moment longer. Installed 1tb sata – also easy. I have a wide range of video files & so far no problems playing them. Only problem is will only copy files directly if drive is fat32 .
